DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR EJARI REGISTRATION: 

Personal:

• Original Tenancy Contract signed by both parties. 
• Passport Copy, Emirates ID Original and Valid Residence Visa Copy of Tenant. 
• DEWA latest bill or Registration Deposit Bill. 
• Property title deeds or municipality plan copy.
• Passport Copy of Landlord.

Company:

• Original Tenancy Contract signed by both parties and stamped of the company. 
• Trade License copy or Initial Approval and Name Reservation Certificate.
• DEWA latest bill or Registration Deposit Bill. 
• Passport Copy, Emirates ID of Tenant/License owner/Partner.
• Property title deeds or municipality plan copy.
• Passport Copy of Landlord.
• ID card copy with Original of applicant/Delegate.
• Previous Ejari Certificate Copy, If Renewal.
